l 仅限于供电端带有 RCD 断路保护器的环境下使用；

l 请勿在充电线缆损坏时使用该设备；

l 仅限于电动汽车充电使用；

l 本产品使用时必须接地良好；

l 严禁使用外加电线或者转接头；

l 严禁将手指放入充电插头内；

l 本产品不含用户可维护零件，请不要自行尝试修理和维护；

l 如果按照操作手册该设备不能正常充电，请联系经销商维修或者更换。

l Only for the limited using at the condition of there is RCD protection breaker in the power supply section.

l Do not use this product if the EV charging cable is damaged.

l Only for use with EV charging.

l The product must be grounded.

l Do not use this device with an extension cord or adaptor.

l Do not put fingers into the vehicle connector.

l The device contains no user’s repairable parts. Do not attempt to repair or service the device yourself.

l If device fails to operate correctly in accordance with the operation manual, do not use this device. Contact dealer for repair or replacement!

使用前注意事项

How to Use

   确保充电设备没有刮破、生锈、破裂或充电口、电缆、 控制盒以及插头表面有破损异常情况；

Ensure vehicle connector, cable, control box and plug are free of any abnormalities such as scratches, rusts, cracks, etc;

   如果插座表面有损坏、生锈、破裂或连接太松的时候 请不要充电；

Do not charge if the socket is damaged, rusted, cracked or loosely connected;

  当插头很脏或潮湿时请先断电，用干燥清洁的布擦拭

插头，确保充电插头干爽、干净；

Wipe with a clean and dry cloth if the plug gets dirty or wet;

   充电前确保供电端插头和供电端插座一致。

Ensure power plug and socket are consistent before charging.

   供电端输入线缆指示 3*2.5mm²（建议 3*4mm²），建 议专业人士配电。

Power-supply side input cable should be at least3*2.5 mm²（ recommended 3*4mm²）.Power distribution should be done by the professionals.

   为了保证控制盒的使用寿命，减低使用风险，若连接 控制盒的充电线缆为超长距离线缆（≥7.5m）用户在使

用过程中应注意：

In order to guarantee the life of Control Box, reduce the risk of use, if the wire connected to the box is a long distance wire(≥7.5m), please pay attention to:

中航光电公司保证其生产的充电模式二组件均经过严格的 质量检验，自购买之日起一年内在正确使用方法下导致的产 品质量问题，本公司将给用户质量维修。

JONHON Charging Mode 2 component is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.

任何用户因为自身不恰当的搬运、安装、不正确的使用和维 修、疏忽或自然灾害、导致产品的直接破坏和不能正常使用， 均不在产品保修之列。

This limited warranty does not cover by damage or excessive wear by abnormal operating or environmental conditions (including exposure to acid, chemical fumes, metallic dust or extreme temperatures), accident, abuse, damage, misuse, vandalism unauthorized alteration or repair, utility surges.

该质量保证不包含返厂维修的运费。

This warranty does not cover the cost of freight to return the device to JONHON.

该质量保证只针对原始买主。

This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the device and is not transferable.

怎样开始充电

How to Start Normal Charge

1. 取出控制盒，将控制盒三脚插头插入供电插座中（如图

    7   

1）；

Take out control box, insert the three pin plug into outlet directly (Fig.1).

2. 打开车端保护盖，将车辆端插头完全插入车辆充电口（如 图 2）；

Open cap of the vehicle, insert the vehicle connector into your vehicle’s outlet(Fig.2).

1. 充电装置自动运行，电源（红色）灯常亮，充电（绿 色）灯闪烁;

The device starts charging automatically while the yellow POWER LED is on and green CHARGE LED blinks.

1. 首先，按住按钮先将车辆端插头从车端拔出（如图 4）； Firstly，press the button and disconnect the charging connector from the vehicle (Fig.4);

2. 然后，盖好充电插头保护套（如图 5）；

Then close the protective cap of vehicle connector. (Fig.5);

3. 最后，拔出供电端插头(如图 6）。

Pull out the plug (Fig.6).

注：①指示灯闪烁周期为 2s，即点亮 1s，熄灭 1s；

The Flashing period of indicator lights is 2s, it is on for 1s and off for 1s;

②”/” 表示指示灯保持故障前的状态；

“/”Indicates that the indicator remains in the state before failure.

请勿擅自拆卸、维修充电模式二控制盒，若发现上述故障问 题，请联系相关售后人员处理！

Do not disassemble, repair charging mode 2 control boxes, if found out that the failure, please contact the sales staff to deal with!

JONHON 电动汽车交流充电设备在出厂前已经进行高压检 测测试，在产品使用期限内，消费者可以放心使用。

The charging device is hereby approved as high voltage safe by JONHON for normal use in the expected lifetime.
